Stock and Availability
While we do our very best to ensure that our products are available as advertised, products may from time to time go out of stock. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and will advise you as soon as possible of any delay to your order. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will either let you know when your product is back in stock, suggest an alternative product, or offer a refund.
We aim to ship your item(s) as soon as possible, usually within two working days. Please note that if an order is placed on a Friday or Saturday, the order will be fulfilled on the following monday. Please be advised that if you order items separately, orders may be shipped separately.
Lost or Missing Orders
In the unlikely event your order does not arrive in timely fashion, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Unfortunately, in order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we are unable to offer tracking services at present.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, for a refund on purchase price.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
